These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of PLUR Market at www.plurmarket.com (the “Marketplace”). By creating an account, listing an item or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Marketplace.
1. Who we are
PLUR Market is an online marketplace where EDM fans buy, sell and trade merch. We provide the platform. Sales are made directly between buyers and sellers, and PLUR Market is not the seller of items listed by other users.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your login details secure and your information accurate. Seller accounts can buy and sell. Buyer accounts can only buy. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Where we operate
The Marketplace currently serves buyers and sellers in the United States only. Items can only be shipped to and from US addresses.
4. Selling
• Only list items you own and have the right to sell.
• Photos must show the actual item. Describe size, condition, flaws and alterations honestly.
• Counterfeit items presented as official merch are not allowed. Unofficial or fan-made items must be clearly described as such.
• Illegal, stolen, dangerous or otherwise prohibited items are not allowed.
• Seller payments are processed by Stripe. To receive payouts you must complete Stripe’s onboarding and accept Stripe’s terms.
• PLUR Market charges fees on completed sales. The fees that apply are shown in your seller dashboard and at checkout.
• If you buy a shipping label through the Marketplace, its cost is deducted from your payout.
• Ship within the time shown on the order and add tracking where available.
• We may review, hide or remove any listing at our discretion.
5. Buying
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Always pay through PLUR Market’s checkout. Payments made outside the Marketplace are not protected and are at your own risk.
• Review the listing and ask the seller any questions before you buy.
• Unless a listing says otherwise, sales are final. If an item does not arrive or is significantly different from its listing, contact the seller first and then our support team. We will review the case and help resolve it, including a refund where appropriate.
6. Trades
Trades are arranged directly between users and shipped outside PLUR Market’s checkout. PLUR Market is not a party to trades and cannot offer payment protection, refunds or dispute resolution for them. Trade at your own risk and keep your conversations on the Marketplace. If a trade includes a cash payment, it should be paid through a custom offer on the Marketplace.
7. Keep it PLUR
Be honest and respectful. Harassment, hate speech, scams, spam and attempts to move payments off the Marketplace are not allowed. Messages may be checked automatically for signs of off-platform payments, and flagged messages may be reviewed by our team.
8. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We may moderate reviews before they are published.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts and remove content that breaks these Terms or puts other users at risk. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Marketplace is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, authenticity or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or that users will complete a sale or trade. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLUR Market is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions or trades between users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Marketplace after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
